In celebration of the amika: x Ellis Brooklyn Miami Nectar Perk Up dry shampoo collaboration, guests were transported to a tropical dreamscape of Miami magic reimagined in the heart of Brooklyn. The evening began with a golden-hour cocktail hour on the terrace, where custom drinks infused with notes of pink pineapple, coconut water, and vanilla mirrored the scent’s playful elegance. Guests mingled beneath the soft glow of sunset-toned lighting and lush florals designed to echo the fragrance’s tropical heart. A nod to South Beach nostalgia came in the form of custom airbrushed tote bags, personalized on-site for each guest and gifted along with the collabroation products. Inspired by the vintage souvenir stands of Miami’s boardwalk, these totes added a playful and personal twist to the night’s gifting moment.
As the sun dipped, guests gathered for a seated dinner set against a radiant tablescape of saturated blooms and soft tropical florals and greens in the colorways of the partnership, lit by candlelight and the glow of a custom neon amika: x ELLIS sign. The menu was curated to complement the fragrance’s signature notes, fresh, sweet, and inspired by hot weather locales. The night closed on a sweet note: dessert inspired by Miami’s iconic flavors and a send-off of fragrance samples.
